Hi, I’m Sarah.

I have always been driven by the creative.

I quit my waitress job a couple months before my wedding at eighteen - dreaming of putting my hands to something that felt like me. Made By Sarah was born from that desire.

I am now a new mom to my son Charlie who was born in the early fall, he teaches me so much about life. Since having him I feel myself coming back even more so to creative work- that which I have enjoyed since I was a child.

When i’m not capturing my clients you can find me thrifting, gardening, knitting, mothering, or cooking a good meal with my husband.

Sometimes the art of capturing can feel performative and forced - my goal is to preserve all my clients stories with ease. I hope that my work feels real, authentic and true to life.
